In a weird story, EMLL cancelled their usual Sunday show at Arena Coliseo in Guadalajara due to a request of someone not named because of the Pan American Games that are currently taking place.

Pato Soria who along with being Shocker’s father has been working as the promoter in GDL of late said that the closing ceremonies are taking place at the same time as the show and the request was made so it was accepted.

Another twist to this story is that Soria said that Tuesday is his last day as promoter which happens to coincide with the rumors going around that Apolo Dantes is coming back to his old job as promoter of GDL.
