Former WWE superstar and UFC fighter CM Punk’s loss against Mike Jackson via Unanimous Decision at the UFC 225 event in June 2018 has been overturned and ruled a no contest due to a positive marijuana test from Jackson on fight day, according to a report from MMAJunkie.
The report notes that Punk now only has one loss on his record and that the overturning was not reported publicly until now, while on the night of the event, Jackson tested positive for tetrahydrocannabinol due to marijuana. Along with the result being overturned to a no contest, Jackson was also suspended three months by the UFC, with no further details as to whether he was disciplined any further.
