Newly-signed All Elite Wrestling star Claudio Castagnoli (the former Cesaro in WWE) took part in the post-AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door media scrum and discussed his surprise appearance, potential opponents and more.

Castagnoli stated that his familiarity with a large portion of the All Elite Wrestling roster and the circumstances to sign made it the right time for his debut with the company. Castagnoli stated that sometimes the stars align, that he hopes Bryan Danielson gets healthy soon, but that tonight was a perfect fit.

Castagnoli stated that now he is in the company, he is excited to face anyone and everyone, feeling like a kid in a candy store when it comes to potential opponents. Castagnoli stated that there are many people that he has know over the years, such as Orange Cassidy and that he does not have dream opponents just yet and is open to seeing what happens.
