– Speaking through his Twitter account over the weekend, Chris Jericho noted that he is currently working on his third book while touring with his band Fozzy and said that he has a title in mind for the third book, but didn’t reveal the name. Jericho also talked about Dolph Ziggler and said that Ziggler is a future Champion and the cornerstone of the WWE.
– Randy Orton’s next feud will be with Alberto del Rio, as Orton vs. Del Rio, as well as Sheamus vs. The Big Show are scheduled for the company’s touring events in December. Speaking of Orton, he is scheduled to face off against The Big Show on this Wednesday’s edition of WWE Main Event on ION Television.
– WWE superstar Ezekiel Jackson recently returned to the United States after heading home to Guyana. Zeke said that he had an awesome revelation when he returned home, but did not provide any details, instead telling fans to stay tuned. Zeke also noted that he had the opportunity to work out for the first time in 2 months writing, “First workout in 2 months, I feel great…. Patience Zeke be patient. This is just the beginning, cause “you ain’t seen nothing yet.”
– As mentioned earlier in the week, Vince McMahon is currently scheduled to appear on this Monday’s WWE RAW and open the show. The company’s official website are questioning whether AJ Lee’s job is in jeopardy, to which she responded to posting, “So I’ve been told Mr. McMahon is going to be at Raw this Monday. This is quite an interesting development…”
– There is talk of having Arnold Schwarzenegge appear on tomorrow’s edition of WWE RAW to plug his book, if the two sides can come to an agreement. Many feel that if it goes ahead, there is no doubt that Dolph Ziggler will be involved in some capacity based off their Twitter feud over the weekend.
– Tommy Dreamer, who ran his first House of Hardcore event at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, New York last night posted the following on his Twitter account thanking fans, “Overwhelmed w/ the amount of people that r here to support @HouseofHardcore close to a sellout #ilovewrestling”
– Speaking through his official Twitter account over the weekend, WWE superstar JTG noted that he tried changing his entrance when the company decided to re-package him with a new look several months back. JTG also stated that the reprecussions of his tweets stating that he was frustrated was a match against Ryback.
– In wrestling birthdays, Mexican wrestler Brazo de Oro turns 53 today, while Malia Hosaka turns 43 today. Former WWE/ECW star Rhino turns 37 today, while Irish wrestling star Joey “Omen” Cabray turns 30. WWE Diva Kaitlyn also turns 26 today.
– Following his victory over Vince Lucero last night, former WWE superstar Dave Bautista thanked fans for their support in his debut MMA event writing, “#TKO first round in my #mma debut thanks for all the support. Dream come true! #brassbody #ironfists #sorryhaters!” Batista has also received praise from Jim Ross and former WWE star Montel Vontavious Porter, who accompanied Batista last night. Ross wrote the following, “Congrats to @DaveBautista on his decisive victory in his #MMA debut tonight. Heard he took his opponent quickly to woodshed. #WWE.” Meanwhile, MVP wrote the following, “For those asking: Dave took some hard shots early & got rocked.
