All Elite Wrestling star Chris Jericho made a surprise appearance as part of CMLL’s Viernes Espectacular event on Friday night, appearing under a Mistico mask, before unmasking and revealing himself, attacking Mistico after the semi main event.

Jericho issued a challenge to Mistico for next week’s episode (July 5th), which was accepted by Mistico and made official by CMLL.
