Austin Aries defeated Bobby Roode at tonight’s TNA Destination X pay-per-view to be crowned the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion.

Meanwhile, Zema Ion defeated Kenny King, Mason Andrews and Sonjay Dutt in an Ultimate X Match to become the new TNA X-Division Champion which was relinquished by Aries on Thursday’s episode of Impact Wrestling on Spike TV in order for him to gain the World Championship opportunity.
