Ever since his defeat to Alistair Overeem at the UFC 141 event and the announcement that he would be retiring from any MMA action, the thought of Brock Lesnar returning to the WWE at some point this year has became a hot topic not only amongst professional wrestling fans, but also amongst certain WWE creative team members.

According to a report from Dave Meltzer of the The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, certain members of the WWE creative staff have inquired as to whether Brock Lesnar has been in discussion about returning to the company following his retirement from MMA action and whether Lesnar can be added to any plans for WrestleMania 28. The report also notes that one creative team member asked whether Paul Heyman would be involved in a potential return with Vince McMahon shooting down the notion an ending that topic of discussion immediately.

It is now believed amongst certain creative team members that if talks between Lesnar/Heyman and the WWE do occur over the coming months, all talk will be kept secretive until Brock re-appears back on WWE television.
