In what can be seen as an update on WWE’s developmental process, according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, WWE NXT will be moving its own tapings, combined with the Florida Championship Wrestling tapings, starting on Thursday May 17th at 7pm Eastern and will be done on a bi-weekly basis at the Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida (just outside Orlando).

The report notes that one of the reasons the tapings are being moved is to make it easier on the WWE creative process to integrate WWE developmental talent into the mix for NXT and there is hope that the University feel will give the show a chance for better crowd reactions as well as help the FCW Tapings and give the show a new unique look. Triple H was one of the main people pushing for the usage of the facility where the company filmed several pilots for the WWE Network back in December, as the university has state of the art facilities.

Triple H is advertised for the tapings next week, as are Sheamus, Alberto del Rio, R-Truth, Kofi Kingston, Epico, Primo and the stars of Florida Championship Wrestling. Tickets for the event are free to FSU staff and students with ID as long as they reserve the tickets in advance with no word as of writing as to how the general public can attend those tapings.
