Game Changer Wrestling have announced that All Elite Wrestling/Ring Of Honor Wrestling star Billie Starkz is the seventh entrant confirmed for their 2024 Jersey J-Cup Tournament on February 9th and February 10th at the White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, New Jersey.
