WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch is not scheduled to compete at tonight’s WWE No Mercy pay-per-view, according to a report from Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, who notes that Lynch is currently dealing with an undisclosed injury that is not seen as serious, but is enough to keep her off tonight’s event.

The report notes that Alexa Bliss is still expected to appear in some fashion on the No Mercy pay-per-view, even if the match is nixed and that it may result in some sort of backstage injury angle being taped, similar to what they did with Randy Orton several weeks ago. WWE have yet to acknowledge he injury, while Lynch has been silent on her social media accounts.
