In what can only be described as a bad week for TNA Wrestling, the hits continue for the company as a lawsuit has been filed against the company yet again, this time by American Express Travel Related Services.

In the lawsuit filed on July 21st in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, American Express allege that after they gave TNA Entertainment, LLC an American Express corporate card, TNA Wrestling spent $269,049.50 that they have to date not paid and asked that judgment be rendered in their favor for the unpaid balance, as well as additional court costs.

For those wondering, TNA Wrestling received the lawsuit back in August and as of writing, have yet to respond.
