WWE Hall of Famer Amy Dumas (Lita) is now working as a producer backstage for the WWE and has also been working with the WWE Creative Team according to a report from PWInsider.com.

This is a new role for Dumas who has been a regular backstage at WWE TV tapings since the recent season of WWE Tough Enough concluded on the USA Network.
