In a post on his official Twitter account, WWE SmackDown Live superstar AJ Styles responded to a theory that he was brought in to appear at last night’s WWE: Tables, Ladders & Chairs pay-per-view as a way to knock the current ongoing situation regarding the “Too Sweet” hand gesture by doing it with Finn Bálor after their match.

Styles noted that WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon had nothing to do with the hand gesture and that it was something between the two, not something that was requested by WWE management.
