WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch will be formally arraigned on Thursday, January 12th, 2017 at 9am local time at the Northampton County Court in Easton, Pennsylvania, according to a report from PWInsider.com who note that this stems from a number of charges on September 5th, including charges of receiving stolen property, which is a misdemeanor in Pennsylvania and could see punishment of up to 1 year incarceration and/or a fine of $2,500, as well as summary charges of driving without a license as it had been suspended upon her DUI convictions, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without the required financial responsibility, displaying the plate card in an improper vehicle, fraudulent use or removal of registered licensed plates, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and driving without Evidence of an Emission Inspection, something that is required in the State of Pennsylvania.
The report notes that based on the charges, the stolen property would appear to be a car, however court records do not specifically state as such and that the lesser charges facing Sytch carry punishment of up to 90 days incarceration and/or a $300 fine for each offense and in the event that Sytch does not plead guilty, a criminal trial in regards to the charges is already scheduled for February 27th, 2017 at 9am local time at Northampton County Court.
