In an update on The Undertaker returning on last night’s WWE SmackDown 900 broadcast on the USA Network, “The Deadman” appeared to give a clear indicator that he is back on WWE television as part of the SmackDown brand, stating that his legacy will no longer be defined by WrestleMania and that he is back to collect souls and dig holes.
The Undertaker stated that WWE SmackDown has always been his home and said that Team SmackDown will have him to fear if they do not beat Team RAW on Sunday night at WWE Survivor Series. While no plans are currently in place, certain people within the WWE have been pushing hard for The Undertaker vs. John Cena at WrestleMania 33.
Meanwhile, after last night’s SmackDown 900 went off the air, Kane came out on the entrance ramp and celebrated with The Undertaker before both men headed to the back as can be seen below.
