WWE announced on their official website today that WWE NXT superstar Hideo Itami is currently injured and as a result, is out of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, where he was scheduled to team with Kota Ibushi.

The article notes that Ibushi’s new partner is not yet known and that Itami admitted that he is unsure if he will be able to compete by the WWE NXT Takeover: Toronto live special, but vowed to be at WWE NXT’s first live event in his home country of Japan on December 3rd in Osaka.
