In an interview with Dameon Nelson of The Pro Wrestling Report, Ken Anderson commented on his departure from TNA Wrestling stating, “I’m done with them, it was an amicable separation, time to go. I’ve been there for 6 years.”

Anderson also talked about enjoying doing some recent independent work overseas, as well as being his own boss.
