WWE’s “Apex Predator” Randy Orton has been removed from the upcoming third installment of WWE’s “Marine” franchise, following allegations that “The Viper”  deserted the Devil Dogs during his short time in the United States Marine Corps.

A WWE rep told TMZ; “WWE demonstrated poor judgment in signing Randy Orton for the 3rd installment of the film. Despite Randy’s popularity, the fact that he was dishonorably discharged from the USMC made it inappropriate for him to be cast in this film.”

The decision was taken after a number of Marines who served alongside Randy were said to be furious at his inclusion in the project after his past conduct in the USMC. Orton went AWOL on two occasions and disobeying an order from a commanding officer. This resulted in a bad conduct discharge aswell as Randy being court martialed which resulted in him serving 38 day in a military prison.
