An outstanding warrant issued against two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair was officially rescinded on Thursday in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, according to a report from PWInsider.com who note that Flair likely paid off the legal judgement against him and that he is now free to come and go as he pleases in North Carolina.

For those unfamiliar with the story, the warrant against Flair was issued back in July 2014 and ordered that Flair be arrested for contempt of court after he failed to pay $33,000 in legal fees and support to his ex-wife Jacqueline Beems.

The Judge’s ruling called for Flair to be immediately arrested with the stipulation that he not be released until he had completely paid all $33,000 to Jacqueline Beems, despite the fact that the charge was technically a misdemeanor. Flair, since that time, avoided travelling to North Carolina while the warrant was active, however as mentioned above, now that everything has been rescinded, he is free to come and go as he pleases in the State.
