The following results are from a recent Northeast Wrestling live event. NEW Wrestlefest 17 took place at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center on March 23rd, 2012 in Poughkeepsie, New York.

In Ring Segment
Vik Dalishus came to the ring for an interview hyping his Poughkeepsie Street Fight against Hale Collins where the loser leaves NEW only to shove the interviewer down and take the mic. Vik said that he doesn’t want to be interviewed and wants to speak and said that this show is available on DVD worldwide and wants to discuss with the fans around the world his hatred for his former best friend Hale Collins and that NEW and this town isn’t big enough for both of them and that Hale will leave NEW forever after tonight. Vik lays down on the mat and says that they will see him over Hale Collins body tonight as the ref counts to 3.

Velvet Sky vs. Melina was declared a no contest.
In Ring Segment
Ultimate Warrior came to the ring and did his old school ring rope shake and got on the mic saying that it was good to be back in the ring and said it was good to see young fans being fans of his through their parents and that his legacy still lives on. Warrior also ripped on Hogan and said that today’s wrestling has changed and in the past it was the wrestler who made themselves who they are.
Ladder Match For The NEW Heavyweight Championship
Brian Anthony (c) defeated Adam Page, Caleb Konley, Cedric Alexander, Tommy Dreamer and Ron Zombie. During the match, Ron Zombie knee apparently blew out. Following the match, staff came to the ring and checked on Zombie. Dreamer got on the mic and said how much of a great guy Ron Zombie is and said years ago, he talked with Zombie at a car dealership in New Jersey and how Zombie wanted to wrestle and says that Zombie goes all out before informing fans that they would be taking a short break.

Matt Taven (w/Kasey Ray) defeated Matt Hardy (w/Reby Sky).
Street Fight Where The Loser Leaves Northeast Wrestling
Hale Collins defeated Vik Dalishus.
