There was a contract signing in Mexico City on Friday for the big 3-way mask match on 3/31 at Gimnasio Juan de la Barrera in the DF between Hijo del Santo, Angel Blanco Jr., & Hijo del Solitario with Santo proclaiming that if he loses this match he would retire on the spot. Well at least we won’t have to worry about that.

CMLL 3/16 – Arena Mexico
1. Horus & Metalico beat Bobby Zavala & Camorra
2. Lighting Match: Ultimo Dragoncito defeated Pequeno Warrior
3. Amapola/Princesa Blanca/Princesa Sugei beat Dalis la Caribena/Dark Angel/Estrellita who was pinned by Amapola after a powder attack. They introduced yet another title before the match in the CMLL-REINA International Femenil Title.
4. Polvora/Rey Escorpion/Vangelis defeated Black Warrior/Hijo del Fantasma/Sagrado
5. Diamante Azul/Mascara Dorada/Rush beat La Fuerza TRT (Damian el Terrible/Rey Bucanero/Tiger) by DQ when Terrible fouled Rush after he picked up Terrible up by the hair on a pinfall attempt.
6. Felino/Ultimo Guerrero/Volador Jr. defeated Atlantis/Shocker/La Sombra – Prince Devitt was supposed to be in the match but was pulled due to his calf injury and he did come out to say hello the fans along with giving an interview with Omii Casas (Negro’s daughter) for Radio CMLL. Devitt is expected to back in action in the next week or so.

2. Hooligan/Loco Max/Nitro defeated Molotov/Pegasso/Sensei
3. Los Cancerberos del Infierno (Cancerbero/Euforia/Virus) beat Dragon Lee/Rey Cometa/Sangre Azteca
4. Marco Corleone/Mascara Dorada/Rush defeated Negro Casas/Los Sicarios del Infierno (Averno y Mephisto)
5. Ultimo Guerrero beat La Sombra
Independent 3/17 – Arena Neza
1. Bizarro & Star Boy beat Cibelius & Maquina Infernal
2. Comando Negro/Taurus/Voraz defeated Cachorro/Guerrero Mixteco/Silver
3. Cerebro Negro/Dr. Cerebro/Rey Bucanero beat Henry/Neza Kid/Super Brazo
4. Pirata Morgan/Hijo del Pirata Morgan/Pirata Morgan Jr. defeated Skayde/Solar I/Super Astro (hey now) after Skayde was taken out with a Martinete behind the ref’s back. Solar & Astro challenged the Pirata’s to a shot at their IWRG Intercontinental Tag Titles after the match.
5. Damian el Terrible/Gran Markus Jr./Tiger beat Dr. Cerebro (subbing for Negro Casas)/Felino/Mr. Niebla with help from La Comandante. Markus was subbing for Rey Bucanero who worked the 3rd match which is confusing.
IWRG 3/15 – Arena Naucalpan
1. Astro de Plata & Astro Rey Jr. beat Pacto Negro & Polifacetico
2. Charly Madrid & Chicano defeated Comando Negro & The Mummy
3. Dinamic Black/Golden Magic/Micke Segura beat Acero/Aleman/Imposible
4. Freeyser/Las Traumas I y II defeated Alan Extreme/Eterno/Violento Jack who was having issues with his teammates here and they turned on him.
5. Oficial Retador Torneo por el Junior de Juniors Title: Bestia 666 beat Hijo del Pirata Morgan with help from La Familia de Tijuana (Damian 666/Halloween/Super Nova/Zumbi (newest member)) after a ref bump. Order of Elimination: Ultraman Jr./Apolo Estrada Jr./Halcon ’78 Jr./Carta Brava Jr./Hijo del Canek/Mascara Sagrada Jr./Dr. Wagner III/Hijo del L.A. Par-K/Hijo del Pirata Morgan. La Familia was chilling at ringside with fans throughout the match before making their move.
