Kris Zellner sent along note that CMLL Heavyweight Champion, Hector Garza, officially quit the promotion and rejoined the faction now promotion that he once co-founded in Perros del Mal. Garza said yesterday in an unofficial presser with Perro Aguayo Jr. that he is extremely happy to be back home with his friends and family and he is ready to show the world that Perros del Mal is the best of the best.
Garza did say that he returned the CMLL Heavyweight belt back to the promotion and thanked them for letting him show his talent for the last 8 years and there is no ill will between them. Garza said that he wanted new challenges in his career and now with PdM he has unlimited potential in what he can do. Hector was a little different in his tone during a radio interview with Roberto Figueroa Salazar on a Monterrey station saying that he wasn’t happy being a tecnico and that his heart hasn’t been in it lately so he had to make the jump back home.
Garza also said that he is contracted with Perros del Mal so he won’t work for anyone including AAA unless they go through Perros del Mal first.
