The lawsuit for the breach of contract brought by Hulk Hogan against his ex-wife Linda Bollea was dismissed in court today when the presiding judge in the case ruled that the settlement agreement in Hogan and Linda’s divorce proceeding released Linda from any financial obligation.

The lawsuit stems from the settlement of the John Graziano proceeding as Hulk Hogan had to pay funds out of his own pocket when the settlement was far higher than what his insurance company legally obligated to cover. Hogan is currently suing his insurance company claiming that he was never properly informed of the level of insurance that he needed to properly protect his assets. Hulk’s lawsuit against Linda for alleged defamation is currently in litigation.
