WWE superstar Dean Ambrose will be the latest from the company to appear in a WWE Studios movie, after Variety reported earlier today that the former Shield member will be the star of the upcoming “LockDown” movie.

The movie, written by Nathan Brooks and Bobby Lee Darby of See No Evil 2 and directed by Stephen Reynolds of Tomb Raider: Ascension follows a police officer who finds himself trapped inside his own precinct and hunted after crooked cops stop at nothing to recover incriminating evidence of illegal activities against those closest to him.
