In an update on Seiya Sanada winning the TNA X-Division Championship at the TNA/WRESTLE-1 Outbreak pay-per-view event in Japan, the idea behind Sanada winning the title and joining the company is that he is on a “leave” from WRESTLE-1 to test the waters in the United States and will be part of the company’s new direction for the X-Division.

There has been talk of bringing back several former X-Division stars as well as bringing in some new stars over the coming weeks and months with Sanada and Tigre Uno part of that process.
