In an update on the proposed WWE Network, DirecTV recently issued a survery to their subscribers inquiring about the proposed WWE Network and their subscribers interest in it, according to a report from Jason Powell of ProWrestling.Net. The survey reads, “DirecTV is considering offering its customers a new premium TV network and would like your input.”

The survey notes that the WWE Network would be provided for a seperate monthly fee and include 11 of the 12 current pay-per-view events, which would suggest that WrestleMania would be the only event not featured or offered as part of the WWE Network package.

Other programming mentioned in the survey includes new programming based around the Monday Night War, as well as repeats of WWE RAW and WWE SmackDown. More details are expected to be announced on the planned WWE Network when WWE holds a conference call on February 28th to report their fourth quarter earnings.
