Major League Wrestling sent out the following:

Minoru Suzuki vs. AKIRA signed for NYC Dec. 5

The ultimate test for the Death Fighter is set

Major League Wrestling (“MLW”) have announced Minoru Suzuki vs. AKIRA at the beIN SPORTS TV taping portion of MLW: Eric Bischoff’s ONE-SHOT, presented live on YouTube for free from the Melrose Ballroom in New York City on Thursday, December 5.

The next battle in the war between MLW and CONTRA Unit is about to unfold as Minoru Suzuki faces AKIRA, in a match that promises to be as brutal as it is spectacular.

Suzuki, one-half of the reigning MLW World Tag Team Champions, captured the titles alongside his ally Ikuro Kwon, defeating AKIRA’s close friend Satoshi Kojima and his partner, Okumura, in August. Now, AKIRA stands ready to avenge his friends and prove himself in his toughest test to date. Known for his calculated and brilliant catch wrestling skills, AKIRA brings an arsenal of technical precision, but facing Suzuki—one of wrestling’s most feared legends—is a challenge unlike any he’s ever faced.

Suzuki’s legendary strong style, grounded in MMA and honed over decades, is as relentless as it is dangerous, promising a grueling fight for anyone who dares step into his path. This battle in New York City will showcase both Suzuki’s ruthless reputation as AKIRA looks to continue his ascension and vanquish CONTRA.

Tickets start at $15 at http://www.MLWNYC.com. Tickets will also be available day of show at the box office unless the event sales out in advance.
