All Elite Wrestling are hopeful and even expecting that Adam Cole will be back sooner than later, with plans being made for his return as an on-screen character, according to news first reported by Fightful Select.

Cole has been out of action since September 2023 after suffering an ankle injury at the AEW Grand Slam event that required two surgeries.
