The Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) promotion in Mexico have announced that All Elite Wrestling star Claudio Castagnoli has been added to their CMLL Grand Prix event on August 23rd at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico, representing Team World for the 20 Man Tag Team Match.

Team World will feature Claudio Castagnoli, Kyle Fletcher, Robbie X, Rocky Romero, Ikuro Kwon, Flip Gordon, Yota Tsuji, Davey Boy Smith Jr., Mansoor and AKIRA.

Team Mexico will feature Mascara Dorada, Volador Jr., Esfinge, Euforia, El Valiente, Mistico, Ultimo Guerrero, El Templario, Atlantis Jr. and Titan.
