The following results are from a recent WWE Monday Night RAW live event. The event took place at Madison Square Garden on December 27th, 2011 in New York City, New York.

Opening Segment
The Miz came out to open the show telling the fans that he would close out 2011 as the new WWE Champion right here tonight. Miz then said that the fans cheer losers in this arena like the Knicks, while they should be chanting for a winner like himself. R-Truth’s music hit and he made his way through the crowd and attacked Miz. Miz escaped and Truth asked for Miz to return to the ring or he won’t leave, which led to John Laurinaitis coming out and telling Truth to leave the ring. Laurinaitis announced that the show would kick off with a Battle Royal and that the winner would get a shot later tonight at Zack Ryder’s WWE United States Championship.

Battle Royal
Dolph Ziggler won the Battle Royal to guarantee himself a shot at the WWE United States Championship later on in the evening. Also in the Battle Royal were Primo, Epico, Kofi Kingston, Evan Bourne, Santino Marella, Tyler Reks, Curt Hawkins, JTG, Michael McGillicutty, Mason Ryan and Jack Swagger.

WWE Diva’s Championship Match
Special Guest Referee: Brie Bella
Beth Phoenix (c) defeated Eve Torres.

Singles Match
Alex Riley defeated Leo Kruger.

In Ring Segment
Mick Foley came out as the guest host of the evening and talked about his memories at Madison Square Garden and more, before being interrupted by Jack Swagger who told Foley that he was sick of Foley wasting time talking about the past when he is standing inside the ring with the future and said that he wants to challenge Foley to a match. Foley told Swagger that he’s out of luck, however he did have someone lined up for tonight, as Jerry Lawler’s music hit.

Jerry “The King” Lawler defeated Jack Swagger.

Santino Marella defeated Michael McGillicutty.

WWE United States Championship Match
Zack Ryder (c) defeated Dolph Ziggler.

WWE Tag Team Championship Match
Air Boom (Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne) (c) defeated Primo and Epico (w/Rosa Mendes).

Singles Match
John Cena defeated Kane via disqualification.

Steel Cage Match For The WWE Championship
CM Punk (c) defeated The Miz.
