All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan announced at the post-AEW Revolution media scrum that the AEW World Tag Team Championships were now vacant following Sting’s retirment from the company, after Sting and Darby Allin had successfully retained the titles against The Young Bucks.

Khan noted that the tournament will begin this month, but did not give a specific date at the time.
