The All Star Jr. Festival USA 2023 have announced that Low Rider has been added to the event on August 19th at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Low Rider will be in action as part of the event, teaming up with DOUKI against the teams of Rocky Romero & Hiromu Takahashi and Blake Christian & Master Wato in a Philly Cheesesteak Cup 3-Way Tag Ladder Match.
