Speaking to WWE’s official website last night, 2-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair stated that he was overwhelmed with the response and loved being back, saying that WWE is best place and the only place in the world to work and said that he’s loyal to WWE. Flair was asked about CM Punk and how he feels, to which Flair said that in 60 days time, he will be able to tangle with the WWE Champion.

Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat and Mene Gene Okerlund commented on Flair’s return, with Steamboat noting that Flair’s return was kept a secret and was a big surprise to everyone backstage.
