WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H announced during tonight’s episode of WWE RAW on the USA Network that the company will crown a brand new World Heavyweight Champion as part of the May 27th WWE Night Of Champions Premium Live Event.

Triple H noted that if Roman Reigns is drafted to WWE RAW, then the title will be a SmackDown-exclusive Championship and vice versa, as the title will be assigned to the brand that the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion is not on, even if Reigns is defeated down the line.
