WWE SmackDown star Big E, who revealed in a video from hospital following last night’s show that he suffered a broken neck, provided a medical update and noted that two of his vertebrae are fractured, while there is no damage to his spinal cord and that he will not require surgery.

“So, I got some really good news, all things considered. The C1 and C6 are indeed fractured, non-displacement though which is a good thing. I don’t have any damage to my spinal cord, no ligament damage and no surgery, which I’m very thankful for.

Pro tip, if you are going to break you neck, do it in Birmingham. They have been great, everyone here has been great, for real, it’s meant a ton to me that so many of you have been so kind and have reached out, or stopped in to see me. I feel like I sound like a broken record, but I’m very grateful and I’m going to be alright, it’s a blessing.”

On behalf of Wrestling-News.Net, we would like to extend our best wishes to Big E, and wish him a full and speedy recovery.
