Media production company AnimeHipHop teams up with wrestling Hall of Famer Rikishi to delight comic book fans with their latest production “Kishi And The Island Of Dreams”
Scheduled for release in Summer 2022, the comic follows Kishi, who must embark on an epic journey to the dream portal to initiate his powers. He is part of a tribe protecting the old ways in a new generation of people lost to the concepts of the past.
Kishi and the Island of Dreams is being guided by Rikishi and helmed by AnimeHipHop production team. Production includes Eric Cthree McElroy Jr. (Author/Creative Director), Andre Davis (Producer), Aaron Johnson (Production Designer), Eli Johnson (Production Animator), Abelard Alexis, Nia Yung Grotke (Concept Artists/Illustrators), and Nazar Khan as the (Project Manager).
About Rikishi
Rikishi, born Solofa Fatu Jr, is a 4 times wrestling Champion of the “Attitude Era”. He was inducted in the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame. The unorthodox wrestler is most known for his signature move, “The Stink Face”.
