New Japan Pro Wrestling have announced that former IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion and All Elite Wrestling star Jon Moxley will be appearing at their NJPW Windy City Riot event on April 16th at the Odeum Expo Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Tickets for the event go on sale from tomorrow at Noon central time.

NJPW's boogeyman is back.
