– According to a report from The Daily Mail out of the United Kingdom, WWE superstar turned actor, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is in talks to appear on this year’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! reality TV show which kicks off on November 11th, however The Rock is yet to confirm his appearance on the show. The show lasts for 3 weeks and is taped in Australia. With The Rock’s hectic filming schedule, I would be really surprised if he ended up on the show. – This week’s episode of WWE Saturday Morning Slam looked at luchadors, to celebrate the Mexican Day of the Dead and featured Sin Cara vs. El Local, who is Ricardo Rodriguez working under a mask. The match was taped several weeks back. Both Cara and Rodriguez are continuing the feud on the company’s European tour, while company officials are considering having Ricardo wrestle more often under the mask. It remains to be seen if he will continue under the El Local name or be renamed should that happen. Prior to signing with the company, Rodriguez worked as a masked wrestler called Chimaera on the independent scene.

– There was some unconfirmed speculation over the weekend that WWE superstar Hunico had been suspended by the company, following on from comments made by William Regal on a recent episode of WWE NXT. Regal was quoted as saying, “Camacho is usually out here with his partner Hunico, but Hunico’s not here and I’m not allowed to say why. He’s in a little trouble, and he got into a little extra curricular activities and causing a bit of grief to people, and he’s not gonna be with us for awhile let’s put it that way.” There are some unconfirmed reports that Hunico recently had surgery for a torn ACL and would be out until early 2013.

– The feeling amongst many is that Beth Phoenix won’t be back inside a WWE ring, should she decide, until possibly late 2013 or early 2014. The feeling is that Beth will indeed be returning to the wrestling business but not anytime soon. For those wondering, Beth left the company on good terms and the door is open for her to return when she decides to.

– Ashley Massaro noted on her Twitter account that she recently found out that she was on the cover of the Ukranian version of Playboy Magazine, which was news to her writing, “Has anyone ever seen this? Apparently I was on the cover of Ukraines Playboy…news to me! pic.twitter.com/kc9RykA”.
