In an update on the WWE Icons: Lex Luger documentary not airing this weekend as originally planned on Peacock and the WWE Network, the decision to pull the documentary was so that it could be supported by a stronger lead-in, according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com.

The new premiere date is to be determined, however it should be noted that the original date was to time the premiere with the anniversary of Luger slamming Yokozuna on the deck of the U.S.S Intrepid on July 4th, 1993.
