In an update on WWE referee John Cone’s executive role in the company, Cone is back working with the WWE’s Talent Relations department under John Laurinaitis after his termination from that department was rescinded, according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, with Cone also continuing on as per normal with his duties as a WWE referee.

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley called on the company to re-think their decision earlier today on his official Twitter account, however it is unknown as to whether that played any role in WWE’s decision to rescind Cone’s termination from his executive role.
