Former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion YOH made his return during today’s NJPW New Japan Cup 2021 event, noting that he will be back in action as of the NJPW Sakura Genesis 2021 event on April 4th at the Ryogoku Sumo Hall and that he and SHO will be coming for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships currently held by Suzuki-gun’s Yoshinobu Kanemaru and El Desperado.

YOH competed in the 2020 New Japan Cup, tearing his ACL in a First Round Match against BUSHI, which subsequently led to him and SHO vacating the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships.
