NXT superstar Shotzi Blackheart revealed during last night’s edition of WWE NXT on the USA Network that the Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal concept, which was used during Halloween Havoc, will make its return as part of the October 28th edition of the show, which has been re-branded as NXT Halloween Havoc.
