– In a few off-air notes from last night’s show, after WWE RAW 1000 went off the air last night, The Big Show got to his feet and attempted to attack John Cena, however The Rock recovered and attacked The Big Show, which then saw Cena hit an Attitude Adjustment. The Rock then went for the People’s Elbow, but noted that he has no elbow pad, which saw Cena give him a Cenation armband to use instead as he hit The People’s Elbow on The Big Show. Cena and The Rock then thanked fans for coming and posed with a few before heading to the back. During the D-Generation X segment at the top of the show, cameramen were rushing around to get Triple H’s attention, possibly due to time constraints. The Undertaker had a few issues with his coat last night as it took him about a minute to get out and he had 2-3 people assisting him to get his left arm free from his coat.

– Charlie Sheen basically issued a challenge to Daniel Bryan on last night’s WWE RAW 1000, noting that he would step inside the ring the next time the company are in Los Angeles, which happens to be the WWE Summerslam pay-per-view on August 19th. The appearance of Sheen at the pay-per-view will no doubt get the gossip/entertainment websites talking, especially more so if he decides to wrestle against Bryan and not be in the corner of someone on the night.

– For those that may have missed WWE RAW 1000, The Miz defeated Christian on last night’s show to become the new WWE Intercontinental Champion and add his name to the list of Triple Crown winners in the company. Speaking of The Miz, Zack Ryder issued a challenge on Tout last night to the new Intercontinental Champion.

– On Saturday’s Dragon Gate show in Kobe, Japan, Dragon Gate held a farewell ceremony for PAC, who is expected to join the WWE as he is now done with Dragon Gate. Nearly all of the roster came out giving a speech and wishing him well. On an interesting note, PAC departs Dragon Gate as one-third of the Open the Triangle Gate Champions alongside Masato Yoshino and Naruki Doi.

– WWE announced on last night’s WWE RAW 1000 that the #1 contender to Sheamus’ WWE World Heavyweight Championship will be determined on Friday’s episode, which is being taped tonight. We will have spoiler results on the site as soon as they become available tonight.

– Despite not appearing on-camera on last night’s show, former WWE Diva Alicia Webb (Ryan Shamrock) was backstage. Jim Ross noted on his Twitter account that Webb done some charity work in the city earlier that day. Speaking of people not making an on-camera appearance, Kelly Kelly was also backstage at the show but not used.

– Mick Foley noted on his Twitter account last night that all the WWE Legends were talking good things about Heath Slater noting, “Sure sign that @HeathSlaterOMRB is getting over – the entire @WWE Legends locker room was talking about him.” Speaking of Slater, he noted that his new target is the WWE United States Championship.

– Goldberg noted on his Twitter account last night that he wasn’t contacted by the WWE about making an appearance at WWE RAW 1000.

– Rey Mysterio vs. Daniel Bryan has been announced for the August 9th WWE live event in Tokyo, Japan.

– Our congratulations go out to former WWE couple Charlie Haas and his wife Jackie Gayda-Haas who welcome their third child Charles D. Haas III last night at 11:18pm.
