WWE superstar John Cena is reportedly in talks to join the cast of the Suicide Squad 2 movie, which is expected to begin production this Fall and be released in August 2021, according to a report from Variety who note that as of writing, it is unknown as to who Cena would play in the film.

The first movie, released in 2016, was slammed by critics, but was a success at the box office, grossing a total of $746.8 million worldwide.
