WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (aka Sunny) is scheduled for a court hearing this Friday, April 5th, at 9am regarding the potential revocation of her October 2018 parole in Carbon County, Pennsylvania, according to a report from PWInsider.com.

The report notes that Sytch is scheduled to appear before Judge Joseph Matika via video conference from Carbon County Court in Pennsylvania, a facility she has been at since she was extradited from the Monmouth County Corrections in Freehold, New Jersey on March 20th.

For those unfamiliar with the story, a bench warrant was issued for Sytch’s arrest in the State of Pennsylvania on February 15th, while that same day, the Carbon County Probation Department filed a motion to revoke her October 2018 parole. Sytch had missed a scheduled drug test on February 11th and failed to report as directed to her parole officer, while she also failed to maintain a stable residence or report her whereabouts, while court records indicated that Sytch made restitution payments of $120 in the months of October and November 2018 as part of an agreed upon payment plan, but had not made any additional payments since then.
