In an update on the lawsuit filed by TNA Wrestling against the WWE and their former employee Brian Wittenstein, after it was alleged that Mr. Wittenstein had provided the WWE with confidential information regarding certain TNA Wrestling superstars’ contracts, a conference call has been confirmed for 1:30pm this afternoon in Nashville, Tennessee, this according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com.

Johnson notes that the conference call was requested last week by the WWE, who told the court that due to the deadlines set by the court for expedited discovery, they are concerned that they will be unable to adequately prepare for the hearing scheduled on June 11th and will not be able to comply with the Discovery Order without considerable inconvenience and expense and notes that both companies have been unable, as of present time, to agree to the order, locations and dates for depositions that TNA requested on Triple H, John Laurinaitis and Ric Flair.

The report goes on to note that as of yesterday, Brian Wittenstein, the former WWE and TNA office worker also being sued, had yet to respond to the court or have a legal representative file paperwork that they will be representing him in his defense.
