Ring Of Honor Wrestling crowned a new ROH Television Champion at last night’s State Of The Art Night 2 event in Dallas, Texas as Punishment Martinez defeated Silas Young to become the new Champion.

Martinez had defeated Young, Hangman Page, Jonathan Gresham, Scorpio Sky and Cheeseburger in a 6-Man Proving Ground Match which granted him an instant ROH Television Championship Match.
