In an update on WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch’s (Sunny) legal issues, her hearing today before Judge Joseph T. Matika in Carbon County, Pennsylvania regarding the State’s requested revocations of her parole has been postponed until August 23rd at 9am, according to a report from PWInsider.com.
The report notes that there had been a preliminary probation violation hearing to determine if there was sufficient cause that Sytch had violated her probation back on April 20th, but that court records do not make it clear if that hearing had been continued until today, or whether Judge Joseph T. Matika had previously ruled that there was enough evidence that Sytch violated her parole.
Sytch who was extradited from the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in New Jersey to the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania back on March 28th, will have been incarcerated in Carbon County Jail for close to 5 months by the time the August hearing comes around.
