WWE have signed long-time IMPACT Wrestling announcer and quite frankly, a man who wore many hats during his tenure, Jeremy Borash to a deal, with Borash informing the company in recent days that he would be leaving, according to a report from PWInsider.com.
The report notes that Borash, who was said to have been doing commentary voiceovers for upcoming episodes of IMPACT Wrestling on POP TV as of Thursday, was at Friday night’s House of Hardcore event in Philadelphia filming material for the company as well, which appears to be his final duties.
Borash was backstage at the WWE events over the past several days in Philadelphia and initially told those who questioned him that he was just visiting friends, but that the word backstage at WWE RAW last night was that he had been hired by the company.
